Home Dock
Dusk lake, small lighthouse. Where you start.
iOS and web
A pixel cat sits on a dock and fishes while you work. Finish a session, catch a fish, spend the coins on rods, boats and stranger places to fish.
Play the web version How it works
The timer is free, forever, on web and iOS.
The idea
There is no progress ring anywhere in this app. The timer is a fishing line sinking through a cross section of water, and the clock rides the bobber down as the session runs. Where the line stops is which water you fished in, and that decides what you catch.
A longer session is not rewarded with a bigger number on a badge. It is rewarded with visibly darker water and fish you cannot otherwise reach.
Bright water, busy with common fish. Good for a quick reset.
The default 25 minute session lands here.
Colder, quieter, and the silhouettes start getting strange.
Almost black. Some fish live nowhere else.
Seven places
Each place has its own palette, its own fish and one absurd landmark. Moving to a new one changes the sky, the water, the lake floor, the dock and the tint of the silhouettes drifting past.
Dusk lake, small lighthouse. Where you start.
Teal water, pink sky, a colossal sprinkled donut on the horizon.
Brown water, a giant coffee mug, still steaming.
Bright daylight blue, an enormous rubber duck.
Mossy green, broken columns.
Near black violet, a cabinet still glowing underwater.
A tipped soda can in red water. No shoreline.
Boat onlyBoats add depth on top of your rod, and open six offshore fish that will not bite from the dock.
The tank
Every catch goes in the tank. Rarity runs from common to mythic, and the rarest things in the water only show up deep, late, or somewhere absurd.
Common Uncommon Rare Epic Mythic
Names you meet further out: Cruller Eel, Squeak Shark, Oracle Jelly, Pale Leviathan, Zero Sugar, Final Boss.
Unlimited sessions, unlimited breaks and full stats are free forever, on web and on iOS. Money buys more world to fish in, not permission to concentrate.
Miss a session and nothing bad happens. Reeling in early gives you nothing, and the app says so plainly. That is the whole penalty.
Web pricing
