Privacy policy

What we collect

Nothing. Deep Focus has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third party trackers. We do not build a profile of you, and we have no way to identify you.

What stays on your device

Your session history, your stats, your coins, your tank and your purchases in the in-app shop are stored on your device. On iOS that is local app storage. On the web that is your browser's storage for this site. None of it is sent to us.

Because it is local, clearing your browser's site data or deleting the app removes it, and we cannot recover it for you.

The iOS app

The iOS app makes no network calls of its own. It works fully offline.

Payments on the web

If you buy a paid tier on the web, payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the details needed to take the payment, including your email address and payment card details. We never receive or store your card details. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

We keep a record of the purchase itself so that we can honour it and provide support: the email address used at checkout, the license key issued, the tier bought and the date. Your browser stores the license key locally so the site knows what you own.

Web hosting logs

This website is served by [HOSTING PROVIDER], which may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or track visitors.

Children

Deep Focus is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we hold almost nothing, there is little to request. If you have bought a paid tier and want the purchase record deleted, email us and we will delete it. Deleting it means we can no longer restore your license key.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
