Using the app

You may use Deep Focus for personal use. Do not resell it, redistribute it, or try to circumvent the paid tiers. We may suspend access if you do.

Paid tiers on the web

A paid tier is a licence to use the additional content, not a transfer of ownership. Deep Pass is a one time purchase for the tiers and content listed on the pricing page at the time you buy. Payment is processed by Stripe, and Stripe's terms apply to the payment itself.

Your licence key is tied to your purchase, not to an account. Sharing it publicly may result in it being revoked.

Refunds

Web purchases can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email macbeth3526@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and we will refund it without asking for a reason. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Purchases made in the iOS app are handled by Apple. We cannot refund them. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your progress

Progress is stored on your device, and we do not hold a copy. We are not able to restore progress that is lost, cleared or deleted.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and the web app working, but we do not guarantee they will be available without interruption. Features described as not built yet are not part of what you are buying.

Liability

Deep Focus is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was updated. Material changes will not apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
